As of 13:00, 23 thousand subscribers in Odesa region remain without electricity. Deputy Head of the Odesa Regional State Administration Serhiy Kropyva said this during a telethon, UNN reports.

Kropyva added that as a result of yesterday's attack, 10 people were wounded .
"Seven people are currently in medical institutions, they are being provided with the necessary medical treatment. Three of them are women," he clarified.
Yesterday, the enemy launched a missile attack on Odesa.
