Defense Minister Rustem Umerov summarized the five key results of the Ministry of Defense team over 100 days of work. He noted that the development of new technologies, digitalization, recruitment, etc. had been achieved, UNN reports with reference to the Defense Ministry.

New technologies for the army
Thanks to Fast Track procedures for EW, REW, and FPV technologies, drones will be delivered to the army quickly - bypassing all circles of bureaucratic hell. From development to contract - in twenty days.
The Ministry of Defense has also started procuring UAVs and electronic warfare. Next year, we will receive a new quality and quantity of UAVs (including FPV drones) and electronic warfare equipment. The volumes we are planning were previously considered unthinkable. We are already ordering batches of FPV and electronic warfare equipment from Ukrainian manufacturers.
Transparent procurement
The Defense Ministry team has launched the State Logistics Operator, an agency for all non-lethal procurement. The department that used to be the center of everything and became a hotbed of corruption is being disbanded. Its head is under investigation.
Digitalization is inevitable
The Ministry of Defense has deployed an electronic document management system between military and civilian hospitals, military units and TCCs and JVs. Wounded servicemen do not have to personally bring documents to the military unit after the decision of the military medical commission on leave or unfitness.
An electronic queue for the EC was introduced, which allows servicemen to register for garrison EC in advance and remotely. Recruitment

We launched an important recruitment project in the Defense Forces. This means that specialists are mobilized to the Armed Forces for specific positions that match their professional skills and desire to be useful in the army.
Four large companies are already helping the army find qualified personnel - Lobby X, Work.ua, Robota.ua, and Olx.ua. We already have the first results.
Weapons production in Ukraine
We signed a memorandum on joint production and exchange of technical data with the United States. Two DFNC1 Defense Industries Forums were held in Kyiv and Washington, D.C., bringing together nearly five hundred leading arms manufacturers. We have dozens of new contracts between companies on joint production or technology exchange.
