Ukraine's Defense Minister Rustem Umerov said that everything is planned in terms of funds to be spent on providing newly mobilized people with everything they need. The corresponding video was distributed by Radio Liberty, UNN reports.
The journalists asked the head of the Ministry of Defense where they plan to raise funds to equip about 500,000 new soldiers to be mobilized.
"We have planned everything. We don't want to skip over the details: what we have planned and how we will do it," Umerov said.
