Preliminary, law enforcement officers found that the 22-year-old driver of a BMW failed to choose a safe speed, lost control and crashed into a tree.
The driver and two passengers, aged 19 and 20, were killed in the accident, police said.
Criminal proceedings were opened under Part 3 of Article 286 (Violation of the rules of road safety or operation of transport by persons driving vehicles) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
