Russian troops today launched a Kinzhal air defense missile in the direction of Starokonstantinov in Khmelnytsky region, Ukrainian Air Force spokesman Yuriy Ignat said on Thursday during a telethon, UNN reports.
"The missiles were launched, and the missiles headed to Khmelnytsky region, at least a missile, I mean in the direction of Starokonstantinov. The air alert was announced at 14:09 approximately,...well, in fact, 10 minutes later...and there was a hit in 10 minutes in Khmelnytsky region," Ignat said.
He clarified that the Russians hit with an X-47 Kinzhal missile, but did not say where exactly the occupiers hit, and it is also unknown about human casualties.
"It was an X-47 Kinzhal. We are not talking about the consequences," he said.

Earlier, an air raid alert sounded across Ukraine for the third time in a day. The Ukrainian Air Force warned of the third takeoff of a MiG-31K Kinzhal missile carrier aircraft in Russia today and a missile threat.
