The "announcement" mentions the Chernihiv Regional Military Commissariat, but there are currently territorial centers for recruitment and social support in Ukraine

- emphasized the Center for Countering Disinformation.

The analysts emphasized that the current phone number of the institution can be found on its Facebook page - it does not match the one listed in the propagandists' "announcement."
