"Due to strong wind gusts in Ternopil region, 13 power lines were damaged. As of 10:00 a.m., there are power outages in 39 settlements (22 of them are partially affected)," RMA reported on Telegram.
Emergency repair crews are working to restore the damaged electrical networks, RMA added.
