Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia, the State Bureau of Investigation has notified 1,072 people of suspicion of crimes against national security. The SBI has sent 768 indictments to court. In some criminal proceedings, the courts have already imposed actual prison terms on the detainees. This was reported by the SBI press service on April 3, UNN reported.
Reportedly, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the SBI has completed and continues to investigate 2,150 criminal proceedings for crimes against Ukraine's national security.
Among them:
- 1,633 criminal proceedings on the fact of high treason (Article 111 of the Criminal Code),
- 399 criminal proceedings - on the fact of collaboration (Article 111-1 of the CCU),
- 32 criminal proceedings against accomplices of the aggressor state (Article 111-2 of the Criminal Code) and others.
At present, the results of pre-trial investigations are reportedly pending:
- 1,072 people were notified of suspicion,
- 534 people are wanted,
- 1,262 people are being checked for involvement in high treason and collaboration,
- 768 indictments sent to court.
