Russian troops attacked the civilian infrastructure of the Bilopil community in Sumy region with a drone at night, wounding an 82-year-old woman, the Sumy regional prosecutor's office said on Wednesday, UNN reports.

According to the investigation, on July 31, 2024, at night, using methods of warfare prohibited by international law, the enemy attacked the civilian infrastructure of the Bilopil community of Sumy district with a drone.
"As a result of the occupiers' attack, an 82-year-old woman was injured and hospitalized, and private houses were also damaged," the prosecutor's office said.
A pre-trial investigation is underway into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
