According to the Lvivsvitlo utility company, due to a technical malfunction at the Kyivstar mobile operator, all street lighting lines are being disconnected manually.
"Today we have a non-standard situation. Due to a malfunction at the Kyivstar mobile operator, all disconnections of street lighting power lines have to be carried out manually. As a result, the time of street lighting and emergency works may be extended. We apologize for the inconvenience," Lvivsvіtlo explained.

Kyivstar saidthat problems with access to mobile communications and the Internet were caused by a technical failure in the network.
