In the Serbian capital Belgrade, protests were held over the results of the parliamentary elections, where President Vucic's party won. The rally was held by opposition leaders who deny the results and claim violations, UNN reports with reference to the Balkan service of Radio Liberty.
Representatives of the pro-European coalition Serbia Against Violence appealed to the Republican Election Commission to annul the results. Two leaders of the coalition also announced that they would go on a hunger strike until the demands are met.
After four hours of protest, the participants began to disperse. Journalists also reported that there were police officers on the streets around the building, but they did not interfere.
