In the Russian Belgorod region, entry to 14 settlements will be restricted. According to the governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, only men in armored vehicles and bulletproof vests with escorts will be allowed in, UNN reports.
We were subject to restrictions:
1. 1. Belgorod district:
- Vergylivka village;
- Shchetynivka village;
- H. Valkovsky.
2. Borysivka district:
- Bohun-Mistechko village.
3. Hraivoron city district:
- Bezymenne village;
- Gorky town.
4. 4. Krasnoyaruzsky district:
- Demydivka village;
- Popivka village;
- Prylissia village.
5. Shebekinsky urban district:
- Chervone village;
- Leninsky;
- H. Mukhin;
- h. Punks;
- Pervomaiskyi village.
According to Governor Gladkov, the restriction is due to a "difficult operational situation." Public transport will be banned from entering these settlements. The abandoned houses will be guarded by the Ministry of Defense according to an agreed procedure and schedule.
If residents want to come, they will need to apply to the heads of settlements or municipalities. Women and children will not be allowed to enter these settlements.
Only adult men will be allowed in according to strict regulations: in an armored car with an EWR, wearing personal protective equipment - body armor and a helmet - and accompanied by military and representatives of municipalities, including self-defense.
