A large-scale failure of the Kyivstar mobile operator has a negative impact on the ATM network. However, only 5% of terminals and ATMs use Kyivstar, so this problem does not affect the entire network. This was stated by PrivatBank spokesman Oleg Serga in a comment to a UNN correspondent.

"About 5% of ATMs in our ATM network use Kyivstar connection," he added.

Due to the failure of Kyivstar, some of PrivatBank's ATMs and POS terminals that work on the operator's mobile cards may not have connection.
Currently, according to Oleg Serga, everything possible is being done to ensure uninterrupted operation.
The spokesperson also noted that in the absence of mobile communication, customers can contact the bank's support using the Privat24 app.
