In Volyn region border guards exposed smugglers who manufactured UAVs to smuggle cigarettes to EU countries. Seized drones will be transferred to units of the of the State Border Guard Service that perform tasks as part of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, the the Interior Ministry, UNN reports.

A motorized hang glider, 8 unmanned aerial vehicles such as "Airplane" and "Quadcopter", thermal imagers, binoculars, radios, GPS trackers, photo traps, more than 2 thousand packs of counterfeit tobacco products, gadgets, and draft records were found and seized from the defendants
Also law enforcement officers exposed a workshop with a full cycle of production of unmanned aerial drones, including a line of 3D printers that printed components for components for drones.
