Heavy snow is expected in the Carpathian region, Volyn and Rivne regions. First Deputy Head of the Patrol Police Department Oleksiy Biloshitsky urged residents to wait out the weather at home, UNN reports.
On December 3, at night in the Carpathian region, Volyn and Rivne, there was heavy snow! In the western and northern regions, there is ice on the roads! It is better to wait out the bad weather at home!
He also urged passenger and cargo carriers to pay special attention to this message and plan their routes accordingly in order to avoid possible traffic jams and obstacles for snow removal equipment.
