The cargo ship flying the Tanzanian flag was in the port of Feodosia when the explosion occurred, UNN reports with reference to Krym.Realii.
The publication adds that a vessel with this IMO number was involved in a scandal involving the illegal export of Ukrainian grain.
As of the evening of December 28, the vessel is still in Feodosia, and it is unclear whether it is damaged.

Ukraine launched an air strike against the Russian landing ship Novocherkassk in occupied Crimea. The attack killed enemy personnel, as well as damaged port infrastructure and possibly supply vessels. As a result of the attack on the ship, 33 sailors are missing, 23 are wounded, and one person was killed.
