Six family-type orphanages in the Kiev region received cars. They were handed over to large families by the head of the Kiev RMA Ruslan Kravchenko, reports UNN.
Taking on the upbringing of children is not only a noble act. This is a huge responsibility, multiplied by a sincere desire to give your warmth and love to children. And become a real family for them. Today I met six more such families-family-type orphanages. We gave each of them a car to get to clubs, sports sections and other necessary places more conveniently and quickly
It is reported that the cars were purchased at the expense of the regional budget.
Cars went to family-type orphanages from 6 districts:
- Belotserkovsky;
- Borispol;
- Brovarsky;
- Buchansky;
- Obukhov;
- Fastovsky.
"The story of each such large family is amazing. For example, 36 children were placed in one of the DSTAS for the entire period of its existence, while others took children from the temporarily occupied territories for upbringing," the head of the KRMA emphasized.
Now every large family brings up from 7 to 10 children. But everyone is united by a single goal – despite the war, to make all children's childhood memories happy, Kravchenko added.
