The Ombudsman emphasized that Ukraine provides decent conditions for Russian prisoners of war. However, the invaders' treatment of Ukrainians violates the Geneva Conventions.

"We don't even know where they are. We don't know their numbers. We don't even have access to verification. No one writes letters to anyone. This system does not work," emphasizes Lubinets.
