Ukraine and Poland are preparing lawsuits for damages, caused by the blocking of border crossing points due to the rally of Polish carriers. This was stated by the Vice President of the Association of of International Road Carriers Volodymyr Balin, reports UNN.
"The situation is actually critical. Today we are talking about the fact we have legal support already in Poland. The lawyers received two tasks. The first is to unblock the situation as soon as possible. The second is to find out who is to blame and who is to find out who is to blame and who will pay for these losses. We are working on this together with our colleagues," Balin said.
According to him, the lawsuits will be filed in the near future.
"Carriers are already preparing lawsuits. And there are Polish lawyers who are ready to file these lawsuits against the strikers in Poland," he said.
