The Cabinet of Ministers raised wages for employees in active conflict zones during shelling; the bonuses are doubled and applied depending on the days of shelling.

The Cabinet of Ministers has increased additional payments to employees and civil and civil servants who work during intense shelling in areas where active hostilities. This was reported by the Ministry for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories, UNN reports.

Details

Today, the Cabinet of Ministers has amended its resolutions No. 391 of 25.04.2023 and No. 928 of 25.08.2023. These changes are aimed at increasing the salaries of those who work under intense shelling in the territory of active hostilities. This also applies to civil servants

It is noted that it is planned to double the amount of allowances for employees who work during intense shelling in the areas where active hostilities are taking place. This allowance will be calculated per month in proportion to the working days when the shelling took place.

The list of works for which the allowance is paid will be determined by the head of the regional military administration

- the Ministry of Reintegration emphasizes.

Also, for civil servants working in the territories of active hostilities during intense shelling, salaries should be determined with taking into account the coefficient of 3 per month in proportion to the working days when the shelling took place.

The list of employees will be agreed with the relevant regional military administration.

Recall

In the new year of 2024, additional payments to military personnel will remain unchanged, namely at the level of UAH 30 thousand and UAH 100 thousand.
