Farah Dahlallah said that Russia is trying to "terrorize" the civilian population and intimidate Ukraine's allies by using medium-range ballistic missiles.
"The deployment of these capabilities will not change the course of the conflict and will not deter NATO allies from supporting Ukraine," she said.
