The Cabinet of Ministers has appointed five members to the supervisory board of the reformed Ukroboronprom, the defense concern reports, UNN.

"The Cabinet of Ministers has appointed the Supervisory Board of the Ukrainian Defense Industry Joint Stock Company. This is one of the key stages in the reform of corporate governance of the public sector of the domestic defense industry," Ukroboronprom reports.
It is noted that the Cabinet of Ministers has appointed the members of the Supervisory Board:
Tymofiy Mylovanov is the President of the Kyiv School of Economics and former Minister of Economy. Milovanov is also a former chairman of the Supervisory Board of Ukroboronprom (appointed by the Ministry of Economy);
David Lomdzharia is a member of the Supervisory Board of Ukrzaliznytsia (appointed by the Ministry of Defense);
Lindy Smith is the President and CEO of the Arizona Defense Industry Coalition (appointed by the Department of Strategic Industries).
Two others are independent members: former Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk and former member of the Supervisory Board of Ukreximbank and the Board of Naftogaz of Ukraine Serhiy Konovets.
The term of office of the Supervisory Board members is three years. Within the next 30 days, the first meeting of this body will be held to elect the chairman of the supervisory board and determine the priority steps for its activities.

Since June , the activities of the state concern Ukroboronprom have been terminated, and it has been reorganized into the Ukrainian Defense Industry Joint Stock Company.
