The bribe was handed over on November 28. 

After receiving money of 10 thousand dollars, the intermediary judge I kept it for myself, and put 25 thousand dollars in a whiskey box for further use transfers to colleagues. After receiving the funds, they divided them among themselves, indicating in NABU.

During detectives seized funds from searches at the location and residence of judges, provided as an undue benefit.

The issue of informing the judges of suspicion is being resolved. Preliminary qualification: Part 3 of Article 28, Part 4 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
