The High Anti-Corruption Court has ruled to seize the assets of former Motor Sich president Vyacheslav Boguslaev and former top manager of the company, Russian businessman Petro Kononenko. This is stated in the decision of the HACC, reports UNN.

As noted, the court partially satisfied the administrative claim of the Ministry of Justice. The state will recover :
- real estate;
- funds placed in bank accounts;
- shares in the authorized capital of a number of business entities;
- securities;
- property rights to trademarks;
- industrial designs and firearms.
Corporate rights (Motor Bank, Motor Garant (insurance), Vinnytsia Aviation Plant and other enterprises), real estate, land plots, cash (a rather significant amount), weapons and other assets were recovered for the state's revenue. At the same time, the HACC refused to confiscate certain assets of "third parties".

The court extended the pre-trial restraint in the form of detention without bail until June 10, 2024 for the former president of Motor Sich JSC Vyacheslav Boguslaev and his accomplice, who are accused of collaboration, aiding and abetting Russia and assisting a terrorist organization.
