Polish protesters are completely suspending the movement of all categories of vehicles through the Medyka-Shehyni checkpoint on the border with Ukraine. The traffic will be blocked until 20:00 on Wednesday. This was reported by the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, UNN reports.
Attention, according to information from the Polish border guards, the passage of trucks and buses will be completely suspended until approximately 20:00
As noted, the protesters will not let passenger cars through. However, for cars on the neighboring side, there is a possibility to bypass the protesters, the State Border Guard Service said in a statement.
The agency also asked Ukrainians to take this information into account when planning trips across the border.
