The Ministry of Digital Transformation and the State Enterprise Inforesource have identified the main reasons why a diploma or certificate of education is not displayed in the Diia app and provided recommendations on how to solve these problems.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation and the State Enterprise "Inforesource" found out the main reasons why a diploma or certificate of education is not displayed in the "Diia" application. What to do in this case was told by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, UNN reports.

According to the Ministry of Education, the following three situations are the most common.
1 The document is in the USREOU registry, but not in the Action.
This can happen due to a discrepancy in the RNOKPP number between the Action and the education document.
What to do: contact the educational institution that issued the document to update the data.

2️ The Action contains incomplete or incorrect information.
In this case, it is also worth contacting the educational institution to have this data corrected.
3️ Error in date of birth.
This is another common mistake, and the Ministry of Education and Science offers two options for correcting it: either to send scanned copies of the identity document and the document on education to the educational institution or to write to the State Enterprise INFORESURS ([email protected]) with the CEP.
The Ministry of Education and Science also reminded that is not yet displayed in Actions:
🔹 documents on academic degrees and titles;
🔹 information about graduates of military educational institutions;
🔹 retraining diplomas before January 1, 2016;
🔹 documents issued before 2000 by printing.
