Earlier, Pentagon officials insisted that the US Armed Forces should retain all of their long-range ATACMS missiles to meet their own military needs.
However, the U.S. Defense Department is now open to the transfer of longer-range ATACMS, as the U.S. military can now use the next generation of Precision Strike Missile.
At the same time, the publication said that it is unknown whether US President Joe Biden will approve the transfer of ATACMS with a longer range than Ukraine has already received.
