Kyiv • UNN
The government adopted a resolution on the creation of the "Our Home" system for managing apartment buildings. The system will allow you to conduct online meetings of condominiums and store all documentation in electronic format.
Ukraine will create an electronic management system for apartment buildings, the government has adopted a corresponding resolution, the Ministry of Digital Development reported on Wednesday, writes UNN.
Details
"Soon all information about an apartment building and the activities of AJOAH will be contained in the unified electronic system "Our Home". Apartment owners will have up-to-date information about their housing, as well as participate in meetings and voting online. And condominiums and managers will store decisions and documents about the house in secure digital storage. And they will also report on their work on the site - no more ads on the entrance doors," the Department said.
Why it matters
Earlier, as noted in the Ministry of digital development, there was no tool in Ukraine that would store complete information about apartment buildings and documentation in a secure form.
"Our Home" system digitalizes the process of managing homes and makes it more convenient and transparent. At the same time, the state will receive an effective tool for collecting analytics on apartment buildings in order to make effective decisions in shaping housing policy," the report says.
"Our Home" system will reportedly be "launched within 2 years."
According to the Ministry of development, the corresponding information and communication system for managing apartment buildings will perform the following tasks::
- introduction of a unified and digitalized approach to the management of apartment buildings;
- expanding access to information on the technical condition of common property of co-owners of apartment buildings;
- introduction of tools for collecting information, analytical and statistical data necessary for making effective decisions in the process of implementing housing policy, both within a separate territorial community and at the state level.
